workout schedule

boo... Been so long I last workout. I am feeling so unhealthy and flabby now. Shiets!

Blame TH for not in town for such a long period!! Urgh.

Now i dont have time on weekends either. Must do something about it now.
Next week!!
Next week run, swim and gym.
No time for wall climbing also sia! HOWS?!!!

Today I will rest well, tomorrow I'm going away.

When I'm back, one night to rest, one night for class, two nights for exercise and I'm going away again.

Determination is all I neeD!
