Since Singapore is such a small city, there ain't much to do, I must admit. But I should have expected Babe will slowly ask me for activities since she started with Safra recently.
True enough. Casually told me she is going for Rock Climbing lessons. Of course, being the sporty wannabe, I wanted to join. Haha. But I tried before years ago, but without certification though.
Proudly, on last Sunday early morning, I arrived Safra Yishun without getting lost and was even on time! Strange enough, we were among the first few to arrive. *scratch head* Before lunch was just some theory session. And lunch wasn't satisfying enough, but still felt too full to climb. But, no matter what, we had to climb!
Criteria to pass Sports Climbing Level 1:
1. Equipment
2. Climbing signals
3. Knots
4. Belayer
The instructor said, "Can't climb well, nevermind, but must LOOK GOOD". Hence, climbing literally itself is not one of the criteria to pass! Haha. Ironic.
So here I am, at the starting point, again, after several tries::
