It's kinda mixed feelings. Too good to be true.
Suspicious and Doubtful.
Modified my CV for the Marketing field on Wednesday noon.
Sent out the CV on Wednesday 11.59pm.
Got a call for interview on Thursday 10.00am.
Went for interview on Friday 10.00am
Got a job offer same day at 3.15pm!
So fast?
Less than 5days to get a job?? With no experience in the field and yet higher pay than my previous employment? How is that ever possible? And I was the first grade candidate??
Remember in 2005, without any working experience, went to apply all Marketing jobs, failed. And I went applied Secretary, first interview and I got the job. Now 2008, with 3.5yrs Secretarial experience, failed 2 Secretary interviews. But went applied Marketing, first interview got the job. Strange. Have I got mixed up what are the job scopes and requirements for Secretary and Marketing respectively????
But anyway, the job hunt lasted less than 30days. Extremely surprised to get the post within 5days 'cos I was undergoing a career switch. To think I was frantically searching the email addresses with plan to drop a Thank-You letter till I was so tired and went for a nap. Before I even find out the Email adds, I was offered for the job.
So, those who have helped, you are in for a treat by the ex-Miss-Khongguan!!
But somehow, I dont feel secured being offered the job, let's wait till I finally start working.
I cant rest my mind. I dont think it's true.
Oh ya, why does the HR keep calling me "卖饼干的女孩" and "Miss Khongguan"? Tsk
Still, I dont believe and I might still be on a lookout for job in case this one is prank.
