drained

b.

I never knew I could be this tired. But, thankfully, happily tired.

I also never knew handing over my job could be this tough! Suddenly, I worked as HR too. Trying bloody hard to find replacement by publishing on the paper, standby my office phone for calls, asking questions to vet through them and all. Till today, not optimistic at all still. Yet, I just reecived a ridiculous bill from SPH of SGD 214 for that miserable tiny advertisement.

And because I want to leave this current company asap, I decided to spoonfeed my replacement by jotting down every single steps in black and white for easy reference. It further demoralized me when I realised I couldnt even be sure what I was doing was worthwhile because there was NO potential person to take over me!!

BEST!!! As I was typing this post, my colleague called me over to help her with some trade internet program. After helping for minutes, she didnt inform me she changed her password which somehow would complicate matters actually. It would helped if she had informed me. Then I told her to call the customer service and ask, but I dont have their number, so asked her to open another IE window and google for number, keep the existing window open so she would be ready to answer any questions prompted. She asked, "Eve, how to open another IE window?" OMMFG.

I REALLY think I should be drawing her pay.
Can I draw my artist and HR's pay as well?

On a brigher note, my the other freelance job is picking up well. And fast. I got this gush of enthusiasm to work really hard for it since it is my interest anyway. And opportunity came knocking on my door. I get to learn for free, work for pay.

It wasn't anything great or anything with envious pay range. But David has really been sincere in teaching me. On less busy days, I work on my computer (that gives me a good reason to get a new laptop!). On busier days, I follow my bosses around town. The only reason I like this "job" is because what I am doing is my interest.

At least, I know what I can do when I am jobless in time to come. HAHA
