I would be lying if I say I did not enjoy the BBQ session held by the host, Jeli and Bernard, and organized by yours truly last Saturday @ Tanjong Katong.

Just look how Happy I was!

That fateful Saturday started off by myself window shopping with FamYew couple at VivoCity. Not long after an aimless walk, settled at Pacific Coffee when Jon arrived.

I was then getting nervous, wondering if the BBQ will turn out fine.

The then weather seems fine. Bright and sunny.

Fred, Jon and me then headed to StJames carpark. Ice was sooooo sweet.. He called me and said he will come pick me up to Jeli's place!! *happy*

(When I wondered does Ice remembers my birthday, he smsed me on 27th Aug and wished me 'Happy Birthday' while he was already in Bali!!)

When we arrived TanjongKatong and parked right outside my Boss' house (yeah, same area mah), Jeli and Bern were not in yet. So Ice went over to Coffeeshop nearby to eat. :)

The Party starts when I paid the BBQ man the money and let the pictures do the talking..

Weather turned real bad and got me all drowned in guilt and upsetness... So we shifted from back alley to the front- public BusStop.

That filled me with guilt for not providing the participants a comfort place..

Fortunately, rain stopped after all warmed up. So had the two hunks to carry the pit back to where it started its fire-The Back Alley.Was then forced by Esther to take myself with the 3 freaking litres of Soya Milk! How embarrassing when everyone watching! In the end, I didnt even drink a sip of Milk. Is that why one of my birthday wish of breasts getting bigger didnt come true??Not before long.. There was an announcment by Jelissa.. Saying someone's birthday on 28th August... So we will have a short game before the cake. OMG!

I was blindfolded by my best pal and I'm freaking worried!Just look I lost I looked and best, left alone?!I went literally touching FIVE men: Fred, Jason, Zennon, AikSeng and Jason.I see the background of the pictures, I realised some were covering their mouths all trying hard not to make noises (like laughters, hints, etc).. I was freaked. Touching. And these men are laughing?!!

Had down 3 shots of Vodka and performed potato and cat kissing. -.-

Finally, cake cutting.

Very sweeeeet of Esther (Thanks, babe) to get me a huge cake!! Then I was told they asked her to buy the creamiest she can find. OMG!

Distributing the cakes and all.. Suddenly I saw that darned hankerchief in Esther's hand again... I realised, got round 2. *Blindfolded again* Apparently, this time kiss the dog...

So, I declare I'm a animal lover!

And all of a sudden, I think. Not fair, Bernard's birthday also what!!! So I held a plate of cake... Hiak Hiak, creamy creamy, I thought. He was holding can of beer, unopened. So he shook the can and ready to attack. I said, "Oh~ So now it's only see whois faster huh? Okway, deal. Ready anot?" As I said, I passed my camera to Jon. I was alllll ready.

*P.I.A.K.*!!! Glenn, who was standing behind me whom I thought already left, pushed the hand which I held the cake, to my face!!!! WTH!? I was soooooo stunned and I ran and took whatever left on my face to aim at him!! Bernard was gloating away~

I walked back to the pit, kena caked one more time, this time, on my hair!!! OMG!

Jason offered me the hose to wash up, which I did. Bernard thinking not yet over leh, he still trying to spray me with his beer. HAHA! I took my hose, conveniently sprayed at him.. He ran, AND FELL!!!! LOL. Whole entire area saw that!!! I laughed nonstop while "showering by the drain".. *giggles*

It was planned a week ago.

Fred was funny, called while I was only bathing... He eventually reached during when I was still bathing?!?!! OMG.

So he and Cor went happening first. Me and Jon took a cabbie down :)

Kym reached about the same time as us.

A pub that disallows smoking, smells good, eyes not teary, no risk of walking and getting burnt by cigs.

But he started off apologising for what happened last night though, the issuing of receipt, he blur blur. Fact is, probably I confused him because of my improper speech due to ganjiongness! LOL.

But I thought it meant I created an impression :)

Oh well.. That's it. No more mails.

Oh gawd....... This is gonna freak me out...
So embarrassing.... Oh my~

While I was drooling over 小S, I initiated to know him via Email just minutes ago.... It was so freaking ultimate cliche sentence I said when a guy wants to know a girl.
That is why this is freaking annoying embarrassing!!!!! I'm a girl and he's a guy!

Last evening was worse, my heart pumped like it never pumped before. Best of all, I never had this feeling for the past 6 months throughout my singlehood! Last night, I stammer when I talk. I burst in cold sweat. My hands, legs and speech cannot coordinate themselves making me like a fool in front of him. I looked into his eyes and starts melting. My ability in speech was so haywired that when he listened, he couldnt figure what was I saying and so he got confused when issuing the receipt. So embarrassing to make him re-write another receipt!!

Watching "License to Wed" suddenly showed me alot of issues in a relationship. Even "The Breakup" also reminds me the common conflicts couples encounter. These conflicts were so common yet it takes time to deal with it, to grow with it, to accept it and correct it eventually.

I was awaken. To know and understand what kind of man do I want to spend the rest of my life with. Definitely not someone self-centered, called each other names, insensitive, indecisive, etc. Of course, no one is perfect, etc. But someone who cares for me and my frens and families. Someone who puts in the same effort into the communication.

During this period of my Singlehood, I have seen alot couples. From loving couples breaking up to unexpected couples tying the knot.

I must learn to be more rational and less impulsive. ^^

After I know HE dates gals at nights nowdays and is soooooooo occupied with his life that I was totally not in his life anymore since a long time back, I questioned myself.. What was I even waiting for or why was I even sulking wasting precious time? HE is already dating girls.

So right now, I know I have gotten over it clearly already. =)
I am ready and will no longer be blinded by depression/disappointment.

I feel wanting to love again... And this time, it will be a better one..

I was haunted by the dialogue of my right thigh's blood cells..

Cell A: Man~ It's another traffic Jam!!
Cell B: Yeah!! What's worse is, this jam has already been a week!!
Cell A: Cant understand why the others are complaining when theirs is only days..
Cell B: Ya. We are moving soooo slowly like 0.5cm a day!
Cell A: This body definitely doesnt know how to take care of herself!
Cell B: Worse when we cant travel to the brain, the body starts being blur and create more jams for us.
Cell A: *screams* Can we move now??
Cell B: Nope, still jam. Even if we do, I think we will meet another jam on the way to the brain.

So many things happened recently.

First came the news of Ng-Ang break up.. :( Probably everyone already foresee this including themselves.. But when it actually happened, it still pain us all, including themselves as well.. I heart. May them recover soon... Sigh

Then came complications for Bali trip. To the extend I broke down last night, asking myself is this what I want to see for this trip?

Before any concrete decision is made, I decided to take a day off today to rest my mind and think through what I want. I refused to talk it out last night. I switched off my phone when it rang halfway (i'm sorry), off my pc and head straight to bed.

Best of all, I came to realise who were my closest friends.. People who know who I am and who know how am I like. They do not say what I want to hear, but they give their honest opinions and lecture me if there is a need (usually there is).

Then came Forum where I was being called "nympho". I asked for explaination how does this term link to backing out not giving reasons and how to justify his reason why he called me that which he gave, "giving u all the attention u wan", but he skipped away. And say "we are responsible for whatever we post". *bling bling* ??

And suay enough when so heng my friends came browsing (not even commenting lor) the thread, they assumed I called backups.. and say "its is for all to participate; in future who ever makes accusations better justify....and not make irresponsible sweeping statements". It got me totally confused whose his message was actually aimed at.

Same like the last Email issue, names of innocent parties were being brought up and came asking me WHY? Aiya.. How I know? It's not as if I was the one to mention. But as usual, smarter than me, none joined the political war.

And I think whoever wants to know why Eve is feeling this way or that way, should ask Eve directly and not assuming Eve is close to who at that moment point of time and ask those people. Stop jumping to assumptions and conclusions!

Can someone tell me its forbidden to ask a question in Emails and in Forums? And if they read my question, why wouldnt they have the courtesy to reply, instead, assuming I'm a dumbass asking needless-to-ask question? Where this answer is actually urgent to me.
Dont want to confirm is different from CAN'T confirm. I have to work and not monitor the status through forum 24/7 like them, same goes to my buddy whom I intend to bring along.

8th Aug Wednesday

All of us head to Newton Hawker Center Carpark to gather and board the Singapore coach to Tuas Custom. I thought I was early, but YingFong was even earlier! All but one, Kym, were on time. In the end, ChongPheng has to take over Kym's mother at the wheels to catch up with us (we left Newton before Kym reached). Meantime, the rest on coach seemed pretty unfriendly commenting on the girl-who-came-late rudely.

Oh, look at the poor scooter hidden at the corner!::

Can't wait to play it in the waters! And yeah, carrying it around makes me look soooo cool and made a few friends. LOL. But with the expense of my strength and energy. 15kg lar!

Everything were smooth. We changed to a 28seaters coach after Malaysia custom. The drivers played Stephen Chow's show. But he didnt release the mid bus tv for those seated at the back. So I had to strain my eyes and almost couldnt hear anything. The show ended when we alighted at YongPeng for dinner.

Back to the coach for another like say.... 10 hours?

9th Aug Thursday

Happy Birthday Singapore! And Good Morning to all~

Sun shone to buttside. At about 8am+ we reached KB Jetty. I thought it was earlier than expected. Slack around and some grabbed ice cream some grabbed water. I grabbed T.O.I.L.E.T.. Oh, did I mention the driver eventually horlan-ed at 3am+?? Ho ho ho. U turns and U turns.

Moving our belongings and asses to the boat @ jetty::

After a 45mins boat ride, we reached Bubbles DC. Greeted by.. ahem! Handsome boys, made me so excited! ZZzz.. And then we settled down and waited for 1.5hrs before we had our first dive~

Had the dive brief::

1st Dive site was Batu Nisah where temperature was about 29°C.

Greeted by huge ray::

And crab!::And of course many other small stuff. But because I havent gotten use to my camera settings, so my peekchures sux. Plus, we were all sooooo tired after the long bus journey.

Frantically looking for hair conditioner after only one dive::

After first dive, still hyped, took silly picture::

2nd dive site was D' Lagoon (or De Lagoon) with temperature of about 30°C.

The first picture that I took was my favourite Yellow Boxfish::

And then Dive Guide Rhi led us to the cleaner shrimps.. I was abit afraid to touch at first but her patience helped overcome my reluctance.. Here goes, the shrimps clearing my dead skin on hand::And afterwhich there was this cute tiny yellow fish that keeps circling the area of Kym's butt. Heh. Its moves were so swift that I didnt manage to get any good pictures of it.

At this point of time, my camera died on me. The big puffer was just right in front of me and my camera died.. Urgh. So I couldnt reflash back, what I had seen. :(

Back to land, one smart-alec volunteered to take room key from the reception for us, so we waited at our alfresco area, also Jon's "bedroom". I was fiddling with my camera when I heard all of them shouted "wahlao.."! Smart-Alec YF had thrown the key too high up and landed on the rooftop!

The guys trying many ways to retrieve the key, with Roger as well::

My roomie aint smart. :s Attempted for 20mins before we see the key again! Stupid YF!

Took turns to bathe and headed for dinner! Had long crappy chats with Gan, Eric, CP.. Kym was complaining Rhi to Gan and Eric. IMHO I find Rhi okway.. They said she had very strict rules like disallowing them to go near objects and saying we were so slow and the speed we were going, we can never cover the whole site. I dont know, to each of its own. I am not so particular for Dive Guides.. Oh well..

10th Aug Friday

Woke at early 8.50am for the 9.00am dive.

3rd dive site was at Tokong Laut with temperature 30°C. This dive onwards, I wore my virgin RED rashie... Feeling cold la... Brrghhh.. Must be the room aircon at 19°C!

Oh and we changed our DM from Rhi to Eric.

While Kym trying hard to descend, the three of us took many many shots of clownfishes during the wait nearby::

We were expecting bamboo sharks..

4th dive site was at Seabell with temperature of about 29°C.

Salps greeted us! I didnt take the one that is bundled up like a long long tube though::Alot of Razor Fishes too!! But visibility werent clear enough for me to take shots.. :(

And then there were nudis....::

After dive, approaching shore, I hopped out of boat... To... erm... pee~ Kym has to ask loudly, "Eve you want to pee again ar?" TSK! Then Ah Gan said, "Wahlao, need to announce meh?!" I told Gan, "I wasnt the one to announce wor...." Gan continued, "Want to pee need to announce ar!?! Pee lor!" Expected, the entire boat stare at me while I stood in waters.. HOW TO PEE?!! Brrrgh.

And hell yeah, I was complaining of the strain in carrying the tanks to and fro each time we dive...::

5th dive site was.... Batu Layar with temp of 30°C.

Took a pic of DevilFish? (I was the only one to take for this dive yet not knowing what was it)::

I argued with Gan, this fish is blinking its eyes! Gan says, fish no eye lids! Muahaha... Fight lor.

I happily took Goby the entire dive... Attempting to shoot Goby with the pistol shrimp, which proudly, i did!::

And we saw school of yellow-tailed barracudas during safety stop! hehe

Hence, Eve's happy face::

Asked CP to take a group shot for us too.. Not sure is the Boatman posing as well...::

Then poor CP threw up when reaching shore.. :( He was suffering from a bad headache.. Where the rest were joking maybe his student very hard to teach.. HAHA!

And hell yeah, I was complaining of the strain in carrying the tanks to and fro each time we dive...::

And then when I tried to pee again, Gan (who was snorkeling with his student then) came over grab my legs! Yea Yea, CP followed... They trying to drown me in my own pee leh... DOH! One grab my legs the other grab my hands and flung me into the sea! WHY AR?!?! ME AGAIN??!

Had a happy dive. And that RED thing on my neck is my rashie NOT a scarf cos water cold hor!!::

All chirpy eh? Keke.. *happy*

We then started a volleyball game after a failed attempt to Kayak with YF (cos we were told its too late, no lights). Players include Gan, Jon, YF, Kym and myself!

We played till all of us are blinded by the darkness. Turtle island no lights on beach. Dinner was longed served.. okway.. Head to dinner.

Handsome giving turtle talk at 9.20pm. Shiets! I didnt even get his name... So many knew I am trying to hitch him up that I got soooooo embrarrased in the end didnt even get his name. Sigh.

I kept saying I want to shower but I dragged till 11pm then finally to shower. Didnt want to be talk of the group the next day.. "Eve didnt shower last night".. So oh well, dragged my ass to shower. Slept at 11.30pm.

11th Aug Saturday

Woke at freaking 7am+ for snorkeling to find the 2m Black Tip Shark. Gan came to our room cos we were late.. Haha.. To think the night before I warned him he cannot be late cos we need to rush for our dives.

Visibility was bad and I only saw one 1m shark.

We sadly fin back to shore and rush for our 6th dive when Eric stood at shore reckoning us to hurry back.. Oh well... Not in luck to wave at the 2m shark.

6th dive site was the Vietnamese Wreck at 29°C.

Kym got problem heading down again so she descend with YF while me and Jon followed Eric.

While waiting, we saw a school of Barracudas... *droooool* By the time they came down, only a few were wandering around... Visibility was so bad that photos werent clear at all.

I saw a Moray nearby and took a shot::

Hurried back to pack our bags as we have to check out our room before our last dive! Okway, I know, what kinda logic is that!!??! But oh well.... We did as told.

Happy Kym and Eve::As usual, horlan on land as well.. Couldnt find the Rm 315 which we were allocated to use for shower... :( Ran about in the hot burning sand. Gave up and was re-directed to the nearest shower room instead. Keke.

Packed up chop chop and had fruits as lunch.

Went to Dive Shop for stamping on dive logs and took peekchures!!

Sat on the same bus from 4.30pm onwards..... Had yummy Chee Char dinner RM20/pax. Then continued journey back to Singapore... This time, the driver released the mid bus tv!! Playing Ratouquille! LOL. But we all fell asleep.. Really tooooo tired.

12th Aug Sunday

Reached custom at 4am! By the time reach home already 5am.. Shared a cab with Jon and Roger. :)

All wounds are gotten when boarding the boat! How craps! Best of all, the right bottom pic, till today, it finally swell up. I hit the boat propelle. :s

Gan said, there are three kinds of divers...

1. Dive, then end of dive.

2. Dive, then take photos then come up review, end of dive.

3. Dive, take photos, come up review, then go back Singapore home do research.

They say I belonged to the third category. Because I say I too shortsighted and usually I cant see underwater and have extreme STM, so I took pictures of them and do research at home. Heh^^ Plus, I do not have rich knowledge on marine life, so usually after every dive trip, I have to do research when I got back home... :)
